Engineering & EPC
The engineering chain,
without the gaps.
Feasibility, FEED, basic and detail engineering, tender management, construction supervision and commissioning — delivered as one accountable chain by engineers who stay with the project.

01 · Positioning
Most project failures are engineering decisions made too early by people who stopped checking too soon.
EPC contractors optimize their contracts; equipment vendors optimize their scope. An owner needs one party whose only optimization target is the project itself. That is the role we take: owner's engineering, from the first mass balance to the performance test.
Our engineering teams work across process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines. We produce design packages that contractors can build from — and inspect the work until the guarantees are demonstrated in operation.
When we manage EPC processes, vendors bid against our specification rather than writing it. When we supervise construction, deviations are caught on site — not at commissioning.
What we deliver, stage by stage.
Each stage closes with documented, review-ready deliverables — the basis on which the next stage stands.
Feasibility & FEED
- Technical feasibility studies
- Front-end engineering design (FEED)
- Heat & mass balance
- Process flow diagrams & P&IDs
- Technology screening reports
Basic & detail engineering
- Basic design packages
- Detail engineering
- Design & remodeling architecture
- Equipment specifications
- Energy & utility integration
Procurement & tenders
- Tender analysis & management
- Vendor-neutral bid evaluation
- EPC contract structuring support
- Expediting & inspection
Construction & commissioning
- Construction & surveying
- Technical & QC supervision
- Execution control
- Technical & economic control
- Commissioning support

Supervised as if the capital were ours.
Execution control
Schedule, interface and quality management across contractors and disciplines.
Technical & economic control
Cost tracking against the engineering basis — change orders challenged, not absorbed.
QC supervision
Welding, materials, calibration and inspection hold points verified on site.
Commissioning support
Structured start-up and performance testing against guaranteed figures.
